BIO 365 MANUFACTURING
Located on Kellogg Road, this project entailed the conversion of a 30,000 s/f warehouse for Bio 365, which creates biologically active and nutrient-dense biochar soils for commercial agriculture. An additional 30,000 s/f facility was constructed adjacent to the existing facility as part of the project.
Intertek Testing Lab
This 12,000 s/f building has been gutted and converted to a testing lab for Intertek Testing.
Cortland Commerce Industrial Park
Cortland Commerce Industrial Park is shovel ready industrial site with high-capacity infrastructure. It is designed to accommodate a wide variety of industrial occupants. Buildings to be constructed can range from 20,000 a/f to 200,000 s/f.
